Our Climate Justice Gathering will be a welcoming space for individuals and groups in the Liverpool City Region to engage with the Climate Crisis. We are still working on the programme but here is to give you an idea what the day will be about: You will be able to hear and interact with Local Campaigns around Climate Change and the Environmental Crisis. We will explore the important of International Solidarity and Solidarity with Migrants as well as reflect on how to engage with the General Elections and the Climate Crisis. Workshops will include building our networks and tool to work together better and engage with the wider civil society: faith groups, trade unions, community groups. We will hold a Climate Cafe to reflect on our feelings around the Climate Crisis and recognise the important of preserving our Mental Health. We will explore the issues of Air and Water Pollution and also plan the next steps for our Liverpool City Region Climate Justice Coalition There will be food and refreshments. Doors will open at 9am and the event start at 9.30pm. Sessions will end around 4.30pm. We are aiming to make this event as welcoming for all people whatever their culture and backgrounds and will make everything possible to make it an accessible events to Disabled People.
