This contract covers all aspect of our work life-our wages, benefits and working conditions Our union contract has specific rules that the University has to follow to make sure that we are treated with dignity and respect, and that we can work safely. It also has a system set up that we can use when the University breaks these rules. It is really important that you know what is happening On this Saturday we will be meeting from 10am-1pm to discuss three very important topics: · What should we look to win in these negotiations? · How can we build the strength we need to win what we need? · How can we stand with the students of UMCP? What common interests do we have? We are meeting at the Clarion Inn at 8601 Route 1/Baltimore Avenue. There will be a breakfast provided that starts at 9:30 am.
