But we can’t stop now. We’re gathering to urge city leaders to invest $15 million in the 2025 budget to support:   $5 million for Year 3 of the current Denver Basic Income Project cohort.   $10 million to fund a new cohort of 300 unhoused individuals for the next 3 years. This rally is about more than funding—it’s about building momentum for guaranteed income as a proven solution for homelessness, poverty, and inequality. Together, we’ll showcase the human-centered approaches that make Denver a national leader in tackling these complex social challenges.
