Comments will be accepted Sept. 20 to Nov. 10. VADEQ will host a public hearing on Thursday, Oct. 23, 6-9 p.m. at the Institute for Advanced Learning & Research's Barkhouser Auditorium, 150 Slayton Ave, Danville, VA 24540.
