In this session we will explore what equal access to participation in mainstream political activity would look like for disabled people and what can be achieved within the constraints of the system we live under. Under lockdown conditions, remote forms of organising provided unprecedented levels of inclusion to some disabled people while others were totally excluded. We will look at how inclusion gains made during the pandemic can be retained and what more is needed.
