Community members have been collecting air quality data for a whole year and we want to share the results of their commitment to building environmental justice in East Oakland. In addition, the Air District’s air monitoring van measured several air pollutants around key air quality concerns in the community, informing efforts to reduce pollution emissions in East Oakland. There will be opportunity to see the air quality data that was gathered and discussion about how it will be used to fight for better air quality in our neighborhoods. Come through for food, resource giveaways, building community in East Oakland!
