Ending the Police-to-ICE Pipeline

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

Join us to learn how to fight police cooperation with ICE and 287(g) agreements in your community, whether those agreements already exist, are pending, are a potential threat, or local police are currently cooperating with ICE without any agreements in the pipeline. Our strength is in organized, disciplined numbers. Before 2025, the state of Missouri had 0 287(g) agreements, and now as of July 14th 2026, the state has 1014 active agreements. Immigrants and other marginalized groups of people are currently caught in the crosshairs of a dangerous escalation of authoritarianism scapegoating immigrants and spreading fear for power and profit. This isn’t just about your immigrant neighbors, immigration is a testing ground for how civil rights will be comprehensively undermined for all of us. According to data from the St. Louis Rapid Response Line, 64% of people taken into ICE custody in the St. Louis region were first detained during a traffic stop carried out by municipal police. Many of these stops were the result of racial profiling.
