FREE Anti-Racism Training Open to All Union Members

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

This training focuses on relationships that are expanding at an exponential rate, but our discourse is more divisive than any time in recent history. This introductory workshop will go much deeper into the issues that currently cause conflict and division within the labor movement. The objectives of this training will be to build solidarity by examining the dynamics of race, class and gender; to actively practice listening as a tool and a skill; to experience the impact of deep breathing on anxious situations; to reframe arguments and disagreements from “winner take all” to agreeing to honor the humanity that we share with our harshest critics. This event is sponsored by the Greater Syracuse Labor Council and being provided at no cost to union members. Email wendy@cnylabor.org to get the invite to the zoom meeting
