For another year, in-person restrictions can't keep Maryland harm reduction policy advocates from getting our voices heard. In 2022, HRAD will be held on Thursday February 3, 2022 from 9am-3pm (with plenty of breaks) and Friday February 4, 2022 from 10am-3pm.
