We know that people are more important than money. We are organizing to greedy corporate practices which steal the care from our health care. In a national climate of fear and scarcity, we are committed to building the world we deserve by making powerful, strategic steps toward universal health care for all. At this event you will learn how we got to this situation with our health care systems, contextualized also by other violence by billionaires, and understand how our current campaign to deprivatize medicaid (getting for-profit insurance corporations out of our public programs) is one step on this path. Our health can only go so far within systems of oppression and pain.
