H.O.M.E.S. Campaign envisions a city where everyone is housed, where renters are treated with fairness and equity, where people experiencing homeless are treated with respect and dignity, and where residents are not punished for being poor. On Tuesday February 2, 2021 at 6:00-7:15pm we launch our campaign for housing justice in Wilmington.   We will hear from residents about where they see improvement happening and we will unveil several ordinances, policies, and practices that will be the first steps towards a city that realizes housing as a human right.
