We will then be bailing out eligible people & meeting them at police precincts. We will be working with the Philadelphia Bail Fund to help bring our community members home pretrial. In-person arraignment hearings are a good look at the everyday functioning of the justice system and the magistrates that handle pre-trial incarceration. We also have the opportunity to quickly pay someone's bail before they are transferred to Curran-Fromhold, the major pre-trial jail in Philadelphia.
