Bernie’s bill would create a sovereign wealth fund by a 50% stake in the largest AI companies via tax. At first blush, this seems like something socialists would support - it comes from someone generally aligned with our movement, it would create public ownership of an increasingly used technology, and other socialists are advocating for it.
