Join us for an in-person doorknocking training session on 25th March at the Kurdish Community Centre. Whether you’ve never knocked a door before or just want to sharpen your skills, this session will give you the tools, practice and confidence to have positive, effective conversations. We’ll start the evening with homemade dahl soup and fresh bread, a chance to relax, chat and settle in before we begin. Schedule for the evening: 📆 25th March 18:30 📌 Kurdish Community Centre 18:30 – Arrival, food and informal chat 18:45 to 20:00 – Training presentation 20:00 to 20:15 – Break 20:15 to 20:45 – Role play and practice conversations 20:45 to 21:15 – Introduction to phonebanking, time permitting The session will cover why doorknocking works, how to start conversations naturally, how to handle tricky questions calmly, and how to record data properly. The role play section is supportive and low pressure, it’s about learning together, not getting it perfect. No experience is needed. Just bring yourself and a willingness to have a go. If you want to feel more confident on the doorstep and help us build winning campaigns, this is a great place to start. We’d love to see you there.
