Join the Johnson County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Johnson County District Court in recognizing Law Day 2026. This year’s theme, “The Rule of Law and the American Dream,” highlights the importance of a legal system where no one is above the law and where all individuals have the opportunity to pursue their goals. Attendees are invited to briefly gather at the Johnson County Courthouse to reaffirm their oath and show support for the rule of law. The event will also include opportunities for students to engage with members of the legal community and learn more about the profession, with complimentary civics materials provided. This is a free event. Please register in advance to help us plan accordingly.
