We’ll offer a short history of our decade-long campaign opposing a proposed coal terminal on West Oakland’s waterfront, and updates about the current situation. We’ll then brainstorm in small groups about how the community can make sure a coal terminal is never built in West Oakland, and thereby prevent mile-long coal trains from making daily, coal-dust spilling runs through every city on our East Bay shoreline.
