	<description>Employers have the responsibility to provide a safe workplace. Employers MUST provide their workers with a workplace that does not have serious hazards and must follow all OSHA safety and health standards. Employers must find and correct safety and health problems, including workplace violence. This course provides training to workers on how to recognize the elements of a workplace violence prevention program and develop skills for preventing and responding to workplace violence. Additionally, information about methods to recognize, evaluate and respond to risk factors related to workplace violence will be explored.</description>
