District 15 is a short documentary that follows 5 young leaders in their fight to end neighborhood oil drilling in Wilmington, California, a community with the most concentrated oil drilling and refining operations in urban America. More than 750 oil wells are operating dangerously close to homes, schools, day cares, churches and hospitals threatening the health of thousands of Angelenos and their families.
