To make matters worse, tenants often face housing rights violations and unfair evictions without knowing their rights or what resources they have to stay in their homes. We must step up and help protect our community members from eviction. Join the Merrimack Valley Democratic Socialists of America to speak with neighbors about their rights as they face eviction, connect them with legal resources, and offer much needed support. A short training will be provided at the top of the hour, and canvassers will be provided with information flyers and paired to connect with a pre-prepared list of neighbors in need. When: 6/27 - 2pm - appx. 4pm Where: We will meet at Dragonfly Cafe by the Commuter Rail station Building working class power and the fight for housing justice means showing up for each other. We can't do it without you! See you soon <3 https://actionnetwork.org/events/merrimack-valley-eviction-defense-canvass-3
