Forming relationships with elected officials and candidates for office is just the first step of many to building political power. At this training, we will be learning for the first time or brushing up on our organizing skills: how to tell your story, ask good questions and listen well, connect over shared goals and values, and move into action. And we won't just leave it there. If you attend, you are expected to participate in at least two organizing conversations with an elected official or candidate for office on behalf of CINDSA. But don't worry! You won't be on your own. That is why we have these trainings, our electoral committee action group, and buddies to team up with.
