All are welcome to join us and split into teams of ~3 people to distribute posters throughout the region. No experience is necessary -this event is designed to be an easy, relaxed, and hands-on event. The wheatpasting outing will put up posters related to the Chapter's upcoming education programming, including the 1/27 Spies and Imperialism Walking Tour, Spring 2024 Reading Groups, and more! The wheatpasting event will meet in the middle of Farragut Square in downtown DC, then the teams will fan out into the area to put up posters. Just come ready to dress in light colored clothes (and shoes!) you wouldn't mind getting dirty. If you can't attend this outreach event, there is another later that weekend at 1 pm on MLK Day (Jan. 15).
