The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is illegally providing weapons, money, and diplomatic support to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan, illegally occupying the Yemeni island of Socotra, and fueling a proxy war in Yemen. The U.S. government recently determined that the RSF is committing genocide in Darfur. The RSF depends on the UAE to fuel its campaign of atrocities. These sales also come after the UAE invested $2 billion in Trump’s crypto venture, suggesting that the UAE is being rewarded with arms transfers without congressional oversight.
