PPC:NCMR DO M.O.R.E. TOUR - Washington, DC March & Mass Meeting

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

Join the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival, Rev. Dr. William Barber, II and Rev. Dr. Liz Theoharis in D.C. on January 29, 2019 for the 11th stop of the We Must Do M.O.R.E. National Tour. Together we’ll continue to Mobilize, Organize, Register and Educate! We’ll gather at 5:30pm at the John Wilson Building located at 1350 Penn Ave., NW. At 5:45pm we’ll begin our march to the Mass Meeting being held at the Church of the Epiphany located at 316 G St., NW (just .25 miles from the John Wilson Building). Our marching lets other Washingtonians know the PPC is present and symbolizes our preparation for the June 20, 2020 Mass Assembly and Moral March on Washington. At the Mass Meeting, we’ll hear from people directly impacted by systemic racism, poverty, ecological devastation, militarism, the war economy and the corrupt moral narrative. We’ll also hear from Co-Chairs of the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival, Rev. Dr. Barber and Rev. Dr. Thoeharis. We will demand the implementation of our Moral Agenda and call all people of conscience to engage in deeply moral civic engagement and voting that cares about poor and low-wealth people, the sick, immigrants, workers, the environment, people with disabilities, first nations, the LGBTQ community, and peace over war. With the current state of our nation, it's critical that we rise up. So join us, bring a friend and help spread the word!
