This is AFTER Lee County Commissioners voted to draw up language for a data center moratorium and a fracking moratorium. However... no data center moratorium or fracking moratorium language has been shared with the public. Instead, a set of data center rules are being proposed, without a transparent public process and enough time for input. Come to this work session to make sure these decisions are made in public. You can read the proposed rules here. Learn more about the rules, and show that Sanford and Lee County residents expect for a thoughtful process with real public input.
