This is OUTRAGEOUS — students PAY the activity fee, it’s students’ money, and students should have the right to choose how it is spent. Not only will this decision strip funding from student activities such as student newspapers, radio stations, veterans organizations, disability organizations, LGBTQ organizations, and political advocacy clubs, but it has also been done so without consulting those most affected - students! This attack is an affront to democracy, free speech and students’ right to organize.
