New Texts only - responsible for sending only outgoing texts Response Team - required to be familiar with election and voting laws in the target state Why Text Per Cent is the best tool for the voters we wish to reach Four of our target states: Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas using voting centers during early voting; Arizona and Texas use voting centers for election day as well. The only way voters can find out where voting centers are located is to look them up on the Internet; voters without internet or computers have no good way to keep track of the ever changing voting centers until Text Per Cent.
