Following the official ribbon cutting ceremony, we'll head out on a relaxed community ride to experience the new protected bike lanes together. This is a great opportunity to celebrate safer cycling infrastructure, connect with fellow riders, and see the completed improvements firsthand. The ride will begin and end at Browning Park and is expected to take approximately 20–30 minutes. Capital Bike Ride Leaders and Marshals will guide the group throughout the route. Thanks to our friends at Evolve, a limited number of complimentary e-bikes will be available for participants who don't have access to a bike. If you'd like to borrow one, please indicate this during registration.
