The overview of the day will be going over basic planting knowledge and processes, talking about the scale of growing in the Poughkeepsie area, and folks will be able to plant and take home a container with a Vegetable, flower or herb! There will be a break for lunch but only light snacks and water will be provided so folks are encoruaged to bring food for themselves and others.
