Solidarity Picket for Wedge Workers

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

After years of allowing, and even encouraging, workers to express their beliefs at work, Wedge Co-op management suddenly changed its dress code policy to stop workers from wearing buttons and even clothing expressing political views, after a few Zionists urged them to. There is a decent chance we can win this struggle by continuing to ramp up pressure on the co-op management to restore workers' free speech rights, given the widespread support for Palestine among Wedge shoppers and Mpls residents. Our next step is to hit the streets this Saturday, 5/10, from 12-1pm, to picket in solidarity with the Wedge workers in front of the Lyndale Wedge.
