Higher Ed Equity: Quality and Affordable Education for All CUNY and SUNY are the nation’s greatest engines for economic mobility. Learn about our students' recommendations for financial aid reform and expanding affordable pathways to degree attainment. Health Care Equity Health care is a human right, yet medical debt and lack of transparency continue to devastate families. Our Advocates are championing two critical pieces of legislation to address these systemic barriers: The Fair Pricing Act: This bill aims to stop hospitals from overcharging for services, ensuring that costs are transparent and affordable for all New Yorkers.
