As well as covering the basics of conversation club volunteering, this session will provide tips and ideas for engaging new learners and keeping participants involved. This training session will be run by experienced ESOL professionals Trish and Abs, who have years of experience supporting STARs run conversation clubs across the UK. The training session is open to all STAR group members and leaders and will be an opportunity to get together and share knowledge and ideas with STAR volunteers from across the country.
