The NCPC meeting will start at 1 pm, and speakers will give testimony after that, time TBD depending on when you sign up. NOTE!! If you plan to speak at the NCPC meeting on November 5, you must sign up through this Action Network and on the NCPC website, but NCPC sign-ups won’t begin until late-day on Friday, October 16, once the tentative agenda is published. If you aren’t sure how to craft your statement, we can offer guidance with your comments. You can choose to deliver your remarks virtually or in person. About: Third Act DMV has been battling against the vainglorious Arch with rallies, pickets, vigils, comment letters, and testimony. Now we are asking Third Actors across the land to join the fight. And we are sounding the alarm against a threat far wider than one grotesque attempt to Trumpify the nation’s capital. NCPC is scheduled to meet on November 5, 2026 at 1 p.m. and we expect that the Arch will be on the agenda. We also believe that this will be the meeting where the final approval for the Arch is given. At the last two meetings where we had lots of speakers, it was clear that the Commissioners are not listening to us, so some may choose to simply use their three-minute time to remain silent.
