Since the helpline's founding in 2003, the workers' rights helpline has been a key part of our work at TCWC. Through the helpline, we support people with all kinds of issues, including workplace harassment and discrimination, unpaid wages, unsafe work conditions, unemployment, and so much more. Through this direct connection to workers, we agitate and empower them to organize or get involved in campaigns, which has led to several local unions being formed over the years.
