This year our theme is People over Billionaires! This year, our city has been besieged by fire storms, rapacious corporate giants trying to keep our wages low, a federal occupation and attack upon our multiracial democracy, and rising costs of living that necessitate an organized response from working people around demands for stronger labor and tenant protections, and a city that works for the people who make it run. We are convening workers across industries to demand an end to the ICE raids, the passage of stronger rent control and tenant protections, greater workplace protections, and the Olympics New Deal.
