The People's Science Experiment presents: Garden Bed Workshop

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

Soil contamination is a critical issue in industrialized and urban areas where toxic pollutants pose long-term health risks. Earlier this year we launched a healthy soil series where we invited our members to get their soil tested for free by Stanford researchers. In addition to helping community members interpret their soil testing results, we offered strategies, tips and safety precautions for remediating contaminated soil. As the next part of the People's Science Experiment in Richmond, we are partnering with Urban Tilth to host a garden bed workshop. Join us to learn safe gardening tips and build your own garden bed to grow herbs, food, and medicine safely at home. Note: Space is limited! The RSVP form will close once we have reached capacity.
