Transgender visibility (alongside the active participation of cisgender allies) is one way that we build communities of greater safety, dignity, and freedom for LGBTQ folks all across Minnesota. In the North Metro, join trans, queer, and allied neighbors at the Mary Ann Young Center in Blaine from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31st. If you can, bring a dish to share for the potluck (and a list of ingredients) starting at 6:15. Plan to stay for activities and mixers beginning at 7pm. We'll also have a photo booth, create affirming artwork, and contact legislators about the importance of supporting trans Minnesotans.
