This political education event is open to all, but is strongly encouraged for comrades interested in participating in the campaign retreat on 10/25. Through this event, first we will learn about the current formation of NYPD’s broken windows policing, its most aggressive units and tactics, and a pathway for their elimination. We will continue on to gain complete understanding of B-HEARD, CMS Response, their formation and problems, and the pathway for their effective functioning. https://actionnetwork.org/events/understanding-community-safety-in-nyc
