This is presentation about your rights at work during extreme weather events, intended for workers in BC who are curious to know more or have concerns about their rights in relation to wildfire smoke, heat waves, extreme cold, and common other extreme weather events. Topics discussed include termination and notice rights, employer health and safety obligations and protections against discrimination for workers who may require additional accommodations during extreme weather events.
