Next, the tentative agreement (TA) will be voted on by AFSCME Local 4041 members in the certified bargaining units, to ratify into our very first contract. Voting will be on Sunday, May 16 at 11am via Zoom. This will be your only chance to vote, as our ratification timeline has changed. You must register to receive the Zoom link. We are also hosting a final webinar on Saturday May 15 at 10am to explain what’s in the tentative agreement and how Sunday's voting ratification process works. You will receive the webinar link when you register to vote. We are very proud of this TA. We believe it lays a strong foundation to improve working conditions for state employees and the services we provide to our communities for generations to come. When ratified, this will be a strong first contract that will greatly improve our lives and employment in state service.
