This means organizing, building power as a faculty, and holding our administration accountable to the values of a public university. To make progress on these issues, we hope to build a network of faculty liaisons who will help keep their department colleagues informed on AAUP@Mason issues and campaigns. The commitment is small--sending a few emails, having conversations with your colleagues over coffee/tea, meeting with other AAUP liaisons once or twice a semester. But the impact is huge.
