Tools for Change - Door to Door Canvassing

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

With GVEA Board elections just around the corner, FCAC’s Renewable Energy working group is getting out into the streets of Fairbanks to canvass for our favorite candidates. To get everyone ready, we’ll be holding a volunteer canvassing training on April 17th from 6 pm in the Dena' Movement Commons! This training is intended to help folks organize around candidate canvassing and is open to everyone who's interested in learning the skill. You do NOT have to be part of our GVEA Canvassing Team to attend! We will touch on canvassing best practices, scripts you can use, and how to utilize the Voter Action Network app to efficiently hit houses! Come by, say hi, learn a few things, and bring a friend! Food will be provided.
