Through the 2017 New Educator Campaign, NEA's Affiliates held 38,928 1-1 organizing conversations we have have identified what issues are important to them and what resources would help them succeed as a new educator. However, there are 17,705 of these young educators who have not yet joined their local association. In addition, there are over 20,000 former NEA Aspiring Educator Members(Student Program) who are now teaching who have not yet joined their local association.   The Early Career Educator Engagement Lab will provide hands on, practical organizing training on tactics such as Hustle Peer to Peer Texting and MiniVAN to engage these young educators.   SIgn up on the right and choose which Session you would like to attend.
