The Wisconsin Supreme Court is an elected body, serving 10-year terms, that defends our freedoms under our state constitution and laws. While the court is non-partisan, the justices’ rulings are based on their conservative or progressive values. Currently, the court has 4-3 conservative majority with one conversative justice retiring. LGBTQ+ Community: damaging narrative directed at students including falsehoods regarding medical care, public school policies, sports participation, and “indoctrination” Racism: “woke” culture, CRT, public education, and academic freedoms FACT: The Wisconsin State Supreme Court will rule on cased directly impacting marginalized groups and equity.
