Criteria: Subscribed to the caucus communications list Engages with the caucus via social media, events, or community word-of-mouth Rights: May attend public caucus events May receive caucus updates and calls to action Not eligible to vote on caucus business Active Member: an individual who consistently participates in caucus activities and contributes to the health and growth of the community. Criteria for Active Status: To maintain active status, a member must complete at least two (2) of the following engagement actions within a 3-month period: Attend a caucus meeting, training, or political education event Participate in an organizing action (virtual or in-person) Contribute to a working group, campaign, or project Support another member (e.g., tech help, rideshare, childcare, translation) Submit a creative, written, or strategic contribution (e.g., proposal, feedback, art, facilitation) Accessibility Clause: Participation may be fulfilled via remote, asynchronous, or non-traditional means.
