To power these data centers, Big Tech and the Trump administration are working with billionaire polluters to build new pipelines, oil wells, and fracked gas power plants. Big Tech is Big Oil's number one accomplice! AI data centers are pushing our energy bills even higher, depleting our water supplies, and polluting our communities, all while tech billionaires grow even richer. But we're fighting back. Over the past year, we've seen a massive backlash against proposed data centers. Regardless of geography, race, or political affiliation, people understand that AI data centers don't benefit them. This September, we're hosting the Unplug AI Week of Action to take on Big Tech. We'll take the fight to the corporate offices of the tech giants driving the massive buildout of fossil-fueled AI data centers and confront the politicians who have the power to press pause on new data center development.
