Administrative tasks: data entry, maintaining contact lists, updating calendars, managing digital files. Finance/Fundraising support: donor thank-you calls, preparing acknowledgment letters, assisting with fundraising events, tracking contributions. Membership tracking: managing Power Builder sign-ups, updating belonging records, and monitoring digital badges. 📣 Communications & Outreach Social media support: drafting posts, monitoring engagement, scheduling content through Canva. Email campaigns: proofreading, formatting in Action Network/CRM, list segmentation. Graphics & design: creating Canva-ready flyers, brochures, and event graphics. Storytelling: collecting member/volunteer stories, writing short features for newsletters. Photography/Videography: capturing moments at events for use in communications. 🗳 Advocacy & Civic Engagement Legislative advocacy support: tracking bills, preparing briefing packets, helping coordinate Women on Wednesday at the Capitol. Constituent meetings: scheduling, note-taking, supporting Accountability Teams. Research: background research on issues (women’s health, civic engagement, economic security, etc.). Voter engagement: staffing registration tables, handing out voting guides, assisting with election education. 👥 Community Engagement Outreach coordinators: representing 10,000 Women at community fairs, festivals, and civic events. Event staffing: registration/check-in, ushering, peacekeeping, timekeeping, and assisting with logistics. Phone/text banking: reaching out to Power Builders and supporters during campaigns. Partnership liaison: connecting with allied organizations to share resources and amplify advocacy. 🌟 Programs & Training Leadership development: supporting workshops (sign-in, materials distribution, follow-up notes). Wisdom, Wine & Women calls: technical support (Zoom host, chat moderator, follow-up summaries). Intern mentorship: serving as peer guides or project partners with interns. Resource creation: helping draft action guides, training handouts, or one-pagers. 📊 Special Projects Belonging campaign: distributing materials, helping with outreach to potential Power Builders, tracking progress toward campaign goals. Research & evaluation: assisting with surveys, data collection, and analysis of impact. Family engagement: helping with Constitution/Bill of Rights reading project, or youth-focused civic engagement activities.
