That&#x27;s why the CDC, American Medical Association and National Sleep Foundation recommend that middle and high school start at 8:30am or later. When school start times match basic teen biology, every child has the potential for improved mental and physical health and safety. It&#x27;s time to set our students up for success in school and in life!</description>
