Tell BESE to Stand Firm on Funding

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

I wrote a letter for the Action Network letter campaign: Tell BESE to Stand Firm on Funding. On Tuesday, the House Education Committee voted to reject the MFP school funding plan that was unanimously approved by the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE). Now the MFP returns to BESE who will decide whether or not to reduce the funding in their original MFP proposal. If that happens, then our schools will lose out on the increased funding that they desperately need. Tell BESE to stand firm: do not to cut the MFP funding plan!
