	<description>The Baltimore City Inclusionary Housing Bill, Bill 22-0195, sponsored by City Council member Odette Ramos, will be the subject of a City Council/ Committee of the Whole Hearing. This hearing is open to the public. NOTE/URGENT! THE HEARING WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MAY 9, 2023, at 5 -7 pm at City Hall. In addition to Bill 22-0195, another companion bill (23-0369) regarding a 15% tax credit-- for developers to encourage affordable and inclusionary housing --will also be heard. So, these two bills would be heard at the same time. We need inclusionary housing NOW! To support the campaign to pass these important and essential bills, the Inclusionary Housing Coalition is encouraged to be at this May 9 hearing. And you can join the letter writing campaign now! Other Actions to Take Now: CALL your City Council members, to encourage them to support these bills!
