This hearing is open to the public. NOTE/URGENT! THE HEARING WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MAY 9, 2023, at 5 -7 pm at City Hall. In addition to Bill 22-0195, another companion bill (23-0369) regarding a 15% tax credit-- for developers to encourage affordable and inclusionary housing --will also be heard. So, these two bills would be heard at the same time. We need inclusionary housing NOW!
