TAKE ACTION NOW: NBCUniversal and Comcast are raking in their profits but want their workers to take a PAY CUT

In 2024, NBCUniversal and its parent company Comcast’s theme park division alone made $2.9 billion. Worldwide in 2025, the theme park division generated over $9 billion, a 14.2% increase over 2024. Comcast CEOs, Brian Roberts and Mike Cavanagh gave themselves a collective pay raise of over $44 million, a 158% bump. Meanwhile, the workers who make the Universal Studios Hollywood park run are struggling to stay housed and pay for basic necessities. Instead of recognizing their hard work, the company has proposed to one of the unions what will amount to a PAY CUT. With the theme park set to make record profits with a new Fast and Furious attraction, workers are protesting with the slogan: “Fast Profits, Furious Workers!” Tell Universal Studios: Family is everything, and this is not how you treat your family.
